MDG Member Rates: Free and Reduced Tee Times Now Available

We’re excited to officially launch a new benefit exclusively for members on our MDG GAM list — MDG Member Rates, a program offering select free and discounted tee times throughout the 2025 season.

This initiative gives you early access to premier golf opportunities, including:

Free Golf – A limited number of rounds will be completely free, first come first serve.
Cart Fee Golf – Enjoy a round by only covering the cart fee.
Preferred Member Rates – Discounted tee times, such as paying $50 for a round that would normally cost $75.

Opportunities will be shared via email as they become available. Since this is a pilot program, we’re still testing it out — so email frequency may vary. Some weeks may bring a couple offers, while other weeks may be quieter. That’s part of the flexibility we’re working with right now.

Currently, these tee time perks are only available to the 354 members on our GAM list — those who have an active Golf Association of Michigan membership and have selected Metro Detroit Golfers as their home course.

It’s simple. You need a GAM membership anyway to keep your handicap active. So all you need to do is:

Sign up or renew your Golf Association of Michigan (GAM) membership.
Choose Metro Detroit Golfers as your home club during registration.

By doing that, you'll be included on our exclusive MDG GAM list and automatically receive future tee time offers.
