Want to get up close to some of the world’s biggest golf stars—Jon Rahm, Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau, Cam Smith, Brooks Koepka—and play a real role in bringing a major golf event to life right here in Michigan? Now’s your chance!
LIV Golf Michigan is looking for local volunteers to join the team for the LIV Golf Team Championship at The Cardinal at Saint John’s Resort, taking place August 22–24. Whether you’re a longtime golf fan or just curious to see what it’s all about, there’s a role for you—no golf experience needed!

No registration fee
Free branded LIV Golf gear (drawstring bag, hat or visor, polo, quarter zip and more, depending on how many shifts you work)
Free meals on days you volunteer

Shift Incentives
1st Shift: Drawstring bag, water bottle, hat or visor
2nd Shift: Caddie towel, valuables pouch
3rd Shift: Branded polo and quarter zip
Volunteer Roles Available
There are plenty of ways to get involved:
Marshals: Help with crowd control and player movement
Fan Services: Welcome guests and assist with directions
Ball Position Markers & Super Spotters: Essential for scoring and TV production
Standard Bearers: Walk with the pros carrying the group scoreboards
Driving Range, Hospitality, Player Launch, Shuttles, Supply Distribution, Volunteer HQ, and more!
Some roles do require specific times or training, so be sure to read the details when you sign up.
Who Can Sign Up?
You must be 15+ for most committees and 25+ for roles like driving shuttles or transporting players. Some committees are already filling up fast, so don’t wait!
Ready to Join?
More than 460 volunteers are already on board, but LIV Golf Michigan’s goal is 650–700 volunteers to deliver a world-class event for fans and players alike.
